Individual boards cut to size
We operate a flexible and scalable factory floor that is capable of manufacturing several hundred boards in a short space of time. We have an online order form you can use to input your specifications, or you can send them to us.
We stock hundreds of different boards in most colours. This enables you to place an order for x amount with x specification. We will handle everything for you and deliver your boards anywhere in Essex within a few days.
Work is fulfilled on a quote basis. If you send us the quantity of units you need, we will provide a quote based on the amount. We offer a one off cutting fee of £15.00, so if you're having one piece cut or twenty it’s the same price.
Edge banding and CNC machining
We can apply an edge to MDF and MFC boards cut to any size. We offer edging on boards ranging from 8mm to 50mm in thickness, and offer various types of edge, including paper, ABS, veneer and laminate in any colour.
We have Festool machines that can be setup for hand edging. These can be used for curves and internal edging, allowing us to edge any board.
In addition to our regular board cutting machines, we also have a state-of-the-art CNC machine for bespoke work. With this, we can machine designs drawn in CAD and engrave your name or company logo into the boards.
